Annual Fees (Corporations and Agencies)

Accredited corporations and agencies must pay an annual fee in order to maintain their accreditation. All annual fees are assessed based on the below criteria.

For Agencies

The annual fee per discipline paid by an agency is determined based on their total number of designated employees.

Small Size

0 - 4 DOPs (SCOs & Permit Issuers)
Medium Size
$1,000
/ Annually (per discipline)
5 - 9 DOPs (SCOs & Permit Issuers)
Large Size
$2,000
/ Annually (per discipline)
10 plus DOPs (SCOs & Permit Issuers)

For Corporations

The annual fee per discipline paid by a corporation is determined by their risk classification.

Low Risk
$4,000
/ Annually (per discipline)
Staff of 100 or less
3 or less number of sites
Less than 18 acres for largest site
Medium Risk
$7,000
/ Annually (per discipline)
Staff of 101 to 500
4 to 9 number of sites
18 to 1440 acres for largest site
High Risk
$10,000
/ Annually (per discipline)
Staff of 501 or more
10 or more number of sites
Over 1440 acres for largest site
