The Quality Management Plan (QMP) is the terms and conditions of accreditation. It describes the scope, operational requirements, and service delivery standards that will be met in the administration of an organization's accreditation within their jurisdiction. In addition to the Act, and its regulations, the QMP is used to monitor and assess the performance of an accredited organization.

A QMP cannot be modified, changed, or implemented without the approval of the Administrator.

The following are the latest standard QMP templates. New and re-formatted versions of the Corporate and Municipal QMP are available below.

Organizations use these templates when applying to become accredited, modifying the scope of a current accreditation, or when their current QMP is old and must be updated to the latest standard.
