In keeping with the Safety Codes Council’s vision of delivering affordable technologies and cost efficient solutions, organizations are required to designate a primary and secondary Authorized Contact to serve as the first point of contact for their organization’s users and to act as an intermediary between their organization’s users and the electronic Business Solutions Service Support Centre.
electronic Business Solutions provides eSITE training to the Authorized Contacts and end users as part of the "eSITE on boarding" process.

Regular business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
