The PSSSOP 2009 handbook is now available for free download. This handbook serves as a complement to the Private Sewage Systems Standard and provides explanatory supplemental information to the code.
The Safety Codes Council is now reviewing and revising the Private Sewage Systems Standard of Practice 2009. The Safety Codes Council invites persons to contribute to this review by sending in suggestions to improve the treatment effectiveness, safety, and sustainability of private sewage systems in Alberta.
