Review of an Order

A person who is served an order may, within 14 days after being served, submit a written request to an administrator to review the order to ensure it is:

a. Proper, practical, and reasonable,
b. Contains correct references and no typographical errors, and
c. Corrects or satisfies concerns about safety,

The Administrator may, by order, revoke or vary the original order within 21 days from when the original order was served.
