Electrical installations governed by the editions of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part 1, and Code for Electrical Installations at Oil and Gas Facilities declared in force in Alberta.
Journeyman electrician certification recognized in Alberta
six (6) years of relevant work experience as a journeyman electrician; or
Electrical engineering technologist diploma recognized in Canada
eight (8) years of relevant work experience after receiving that diploma; or
Electrical engineering degree recognized in Canada
eight (8) years of relevant work experience after receiving that degree.
