Annual Internal Review

Accredited organizations must submit a review of the previous year’s activities to the Administrator of Accreditation. This Annual Internal Review self-reports on the organization’s compliance with their Quality Management Plan.

There is a separate AIR format for agencies, corporations, municipalities, and joint municipal accreditations. All accredited organizations must submit the AIR before March 31.
