Free Continuing Education Opportunity: National Energy Code for Buildings

The Safety Codes Council is pleased to be hosting a free presentation on energy codes in Alberta.

On October 15, Nabil Habashy (Alberta Municipal Affairs) and Justin Phill (City of Edmonton) will present on NBC(AE) 9.36 and the NECB as it applies to buildings, energy code trends, best practices for application reviews, lessons learned from application reviews, thermal bridging, and energy code exceptions. This session is targeted towards authorities having jurisdiction and will improve energy code knowledge and the application review process.
